Acrylic and Gold Leaf on Canvas
From the Artist:
I compose each painting in photoshop, create a digital print on canvas, then apply acrylic paint, and mixed media; in this piece, I incorporate gold leaf for added shine and texture.
"If red touches black, you're alright Jack, but if red touches yellow, you're a dead fellow." Here is a little trivia: this rhyme teaches people on how to identify the poisonous Coral Snake. Other snakes mimic similar coloring as the Coral Snake, but they are not venomous. The Coral Snake has a specific pattern: yellow stripe follows a red stripe. This piece interprets the woman who is tenacious, but devilish. She is beautiful, but don't get too close.
